Looked like when they built this course there was a golfing community planned across the street to support it, and its not. Great 18 hole layout, but being short on play/income the maintenance/conditions have suffered. The 6,556yd / 71.5 / 124 / Par 72 from the tips (4 sets of tees) can hold its own length/layout but the mowed fairways with weeds/clover offset the "Winter Rules" that you need to play. The raised small greens having mixed conditions, make you play the distance, but no penalty for missing short or to the side. The lack of sand traps make for many up-down saves as my 43/39 w/28putts ($25 w/cart) will attest to. Yardage markers are colored sticks in the center of the fairways with no GAM/yardage markers on the Par 3's. (My pet peeve) Saving grace is the seven (7) 400yd+ Par 4's (9 dog legs) that had me one (1) putting for five (5) saves. Played the 18 holes in two (2) hours and gave me a good workout on various conditions, small greens and yardages.
